Just One Thing

We all know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed by life, running from one task to the next; your own needs fall further and further down your to do list and your yoga mat sits in the hallway gathering dust!

At such times it can be next to near impossible to find time for YOU. Which is exactly why we created Just One Thing, a campaign to encourage you to do something for yourself every day, no matter how small.

Just one thing is about super charging you with mini boosts of positivity. Whether it’s altering a mindset, lifting a mood, reducing stress or building resilience, just one thing a day could be the spark that gets you there. 

Think of it like this.  You’re hiking a familiar path, only it always leads to more of the same. Over the horizon you detect a glimmer of light, so you adjust your course for that brighter future. The first few steps don’t seem to bring anything new, but over time you find yourself in an entirely different place!

Just one thing could be the start of something beautiful – a small regular ritual that infuses your life with positivity.  And who knows where that might take you.
