We know life’s hard, fast and messy. It’s difficult to know where to find the time for any self-care routine, let alone yoga!

So that’s where we’re starting. Diving straight into the heart of the chaos, amidst the scurry of screens and monotony of dreary chores, to transform the mundane into something a little more magical.

We want to give you permission to feel ok about whether you turn up to your mat or not. We want to help you carve out a moment for yourself, even when you don’t have a scrap of time.

How?

It’s simple. We’ve married those ordinarily dull and tedious activities you do every day, with some life affirming mantras you can repeat.

Why?

Because every moment is a moment to connect and be present, even when you’re putting the rubbish out!

We believe mantras are superpowers in disguise; simple yet powerful antidotes to the inner critic. Instead of letting your mind run riot whilst you’re doing the ironing, soothe it by repeating a positive phrase and see the magic for yourself .
